We recreate the delicious simplicity of Italian favorites, enhance them with French techniques, and touch them with the flavors of our own seasonal ingredients.

"The first cookbook ever written was Platina’s De honesta voluptate et valetudine, which translates to “On Right Pleasure and Good Health.” Written in Italy around 1470, it first appeared in Latin but was quickly translated into Italian and French. I think it’s interesting that this first collection of recipes put a new emphasis on the happiness and fulfillment that can come from good cooking. To me, this embodies the spirit of Italian cuisine.”
